Hi all. I've just recently joined this KAL and have not yet started a project. I'm going to make the cover sweater but I'm wondering about my yarn choice. I have a yummy hand dyed mohair boucle that I bought in Toronto a year ago. I'm wondering if the lace pattern will be seen. Have any of you knitted lace with this type of yarn? What were your results? Thanks for you input.

My feeling is that mohair tends to prevent a really sharp stitch definition. I just frogged a pair of Nancy Bush socks for this reason--I am now doing the same socks in the Louet Gems merino and they look much better.
I want to knit that sweater. I have not decided on a yarn yet. I was hoping there would be more folks knitting this and I would be able to see all of the lovely yarn used.
