Hi from kali

Hi, As a new empty nester, I am trying out new stuff as a means of growing into this "old" part of my life... I have never blogged before and would like to know what the protocols are.

I don't have the Lace Style book yet, but I love Pam Allen' & Ann Budd's previous works. What do you gals suggest for a great lace jump in point? I hve knit for a while, and LOVE lace knitting.

Kali, The retro redux shrug seems to be the most popular among knitters in the group and is a great jumping point! Sandi Wiseheart's lace baby hat on KnittingDaily.com would also be a good starting project for the intermediate knitter:
